Google Autofill Service

Social media accounts, email accounts, web site accounts and passwords, inevitably we have dozens of accounts and passwords. It’s hard to keep these accounts and passwords in mind, but on Android phones we can store our accounts and passwords with Samsung Pass or Google Autofill. When you want to login with your account and password, they fill out the form for us. This makes the phone much easier to use.

Samsung Pass

Samsung uses the Samsung Pass service, which is its own software. However, the Samsung Pass cannot be used on rooted phones or devices that are out of warranty. You receive a warning that “Your device has been rooted. Samsung Pass cannot be used on rooted devices for security reasons.” In this case, you can use the Google Autofill Service instead of the Samsung Pass service.
